Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing contained in these terms of use is intended to provide any third party with any rights or remedies.  However, the disclaimers and limitations in these terms shall extend to St. Catherine’s, its religious staff, employees, agents and affiliates.

Waiver. Any waiver by St. Catherine’s of these terms of use must be in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of St. Catherine’s.  The waiver of a term on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of the terms of use on any other occasion.

Severability. If any provision of these terms of use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall be amended by a court of competent jurisdiction to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible.  Any term that cannot be so amended shall be removed from these terms of use and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These terms of use, including the Privacy Policy, set forth the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the use of this website.
